Chameleon EP2311 / EP2311QR Tactical Lapel Microphone

The first of its kind; the Chameleon Lapel Microphone is great for everyday patrol, but can quickly adapt to a throat microphone or boom microphone by simply switching the earpiece.

The Chameleon features dual side PTT, volume control, audio jack for additional PTT, removable earpiece and butterfly switch for external microphone. The Chameleon comes complete with a Clear Acoustic Tube, 2 Ear Molds (medium left and medium right), and 1 Torpedo Aerodynamic Earbud. A Quick Release adapter is an optional feature.

The Quick Release model eliminates wear and tear on the lapel microphone as well as your radio itself. When you want to remove the radio from your duty belt without having to remove the entire unit from under your clothes, you simply unplug the lapel microphone from the Quick Release adapter on your radio. Your radio will still function in its normal manner with the Quick Release adapter attached.

The Quick Release design also allows for more function as all of the Tactical Ear Gadget units are now interchangeable with the use of one Quick Release adapter. In the long run it makes economic sense. Now you have the ability to switch between various Quick Release products depending on your current needs.
